This is an ideal solution when you need to store a wide variety of articles in pallets. Selective pallet rack gives you:
- Access to all pallets
- The ability to handle one pallet without the need to move the others
- Each location is a single pallet position for easy stock control

Pallet Flow Rack
 |
High-density pallet flow rack is designed for fast-moving first-in/first out (FIFO) product selection. The rack consists of lanes of pallets stored on a slight pitch. Each lane of pallet positions has frames with wheels or rollers that advance product forward by gravity when front-facing pallets are removed. Replenishment is made into empty slots at the back. Pallet flow rack is often used for picking cases in high volume applications using conveyors, such as pick-to-belt systems. |
Narrow Aisle

Cantilever Rack

Cantilever racking systems are used for storing long or bulky products, or loads of varying sizes. You can easily adapt the rack to the characteristics of your product by making simple height adjustments or by locating the levels (arms) on one or both sides of the fully independent structure. Carton Flow Rack

These gravity-fed racking systems are perfect for FIFO applications with numerous SKUs. The loading aisle is separate from the retrieval aisle allowing pickers to operate efficiently. Carton flow rack can be outfitted with tilted shelves for improved visibility and order accuracy. This rack system is ideal for split case or piece picking operations. It can also be integrated with conveyors, pick-to-light systems and other warehouse storage solutions to create functional pick modules for picking efficiency. |
Drive-In/Drive-Thru Rack

This is a high density storage solution for pallet loads which enables you to store a large number of pallets per lane. Because these racking systems require fewer aisles, you can store up to 75% more pallets than with selective pallet rack. These can be built using roll formed or structural components with many arm and rail combinations. Drive-In Rack supports LIFO inventory retrieval and uses a common forklift entry/exit, while Drive-Thru has a separate entry and exit for FIFO systems. |
Stacking Racks

Stacking racks can be easily modifiable which makes them ideal for evolving storage needs. You can safely stack up to four units high with capacities up to 7500 lbs. each. This is an ideal solution for small, heavy items that do not store well on standard industrial shelving. Stacking racks are lower in cost and offer maximum flexibility with minimal space requirements. These come completely assembled and ready for immediate use. |
Push Back Racks
 |
In these versatile racking systems, pallet loads are placed on a series of nesting carts fed forward by gravity on structural steel rails. As a pallet is loaded from the front, it pushes the pallet behind it back by one position. In unloading, the front pallet is removed and the rear pallets come forward to the front picking position.
The benefits include:
- Product storage 2-6 pallets deep, with front-only loading from a single aisle.
- Each lane flows independently; vertical storage operates separately from lanes below.
- Multiple pick facings for storage/retrieval of a variety of SKUs--without disturbing product above or below.
- Single or double lane formats.
- Support of LIFO inventory management.

Roll-Formed and Structural Rack

Roll-formed racking systems are popular, offering both low cost and flexibility in a variety of style, size and gauge options. Structural rack is designed with high-strength structural steel C-Channels for heavy duty warehouse storage applications. To help prevent damage from forklift abuse, posts and beams are constructed from structural steel and are thicker than roll-formed posts, especially in corners which are primary impact points. |
